Classes tailored specifically to your needs — ranging from a simple personal assessment to classes designed to address a specific physical need (such as developing a home practice or dealing with chronic pain). While our teachers are attuned to the needs of students, and often suggest alternate poses, this is a good option if you need highly-individualized attention for your entire yoga practice.
Yoga for Groups
Bring in your group for a class with your favorite teacher. A great bonding activity for friends, family, and coworkers. Groups who share a passion for a physical activity (your bike group that all has tight hips and legs) will have a great shared yoga experience, too!

For those occasions when you need more flexibility, our teachers can come to you. Bring yoga to your workplace, church, or community center. We will tailor the class to the needs of the group.
